人文学院简介

人文学院在2000年成立的文法系和外语系的基础上，历经四次融合发展，于2020年撤系建院。目前设有应用英语、中文国际教育2个本科专业，法律文秘、中文、商务英语3个专科专业，在校生1645人。

学院现有在职教师101人，其中专任教师80人，硕士及以上学位教师73人（其中博士12人），占专任教师总数的91.3%；高级职称教师33人，占专任教师总数的41.3%；“双师型”教师55人，占专任教师总数的68.8%；另有行业企业兼职教师38人，占学院专兼职教师总数的32.2%。

学院教科研平台基础雄厚，拥有世界技能发展联盟会员单位、全国跨境电子商务产教融合共同体成员单位、全国数字营销行业产教融合共同体常务副理事长单位、职业教育国际化协同发展共同体副理事长单位、职教出海“中文十职业技能”国际合作共同体发起单位、江西省跨境电商协会副会长单位等平台优势。通过企业、行业、协会赋能，贯通职教人才培养，助力学生成长成才。

学院坚持产教融合、科教融汇，在“产、学、研、用”一体化进程中成果丰硕，服务地方经济社会发展的能力持续增强。近三年，累计开展非学历职业培训达12000人次，内容涵盖AI辅助翻译能力提升、法律文书写作、AIGC电商服务、电商数据分析、跨文化沟通能力等多个领域。公开发表学术论文80余篇，其中北大核心、CSSCI、SCI、SSCI等高水平论文10余篇；出版专著（含译著）20余部；获得软件著作权8项、专利7项，其中发明专利2项；承担省级以上纵向课题30余项；开展横向课题30余项，技术服务金额总计达400余万元。

学院建有语言综合实训室、翻译实训室、商务谈判实训室、业务综合实训室、同声传译实训室、语音室、跨境线上汉语教学实训室、普通话实训室、茶艺坊、书法实训室、世界风俗文化体验室、模拟法庭实训室、精品录播室等校内实验实训室22间，面积2600余㎡；校外实训基地108个，覆盖省内外多个地区和行业企业。学院坚持以学生成才为中心，注重培养学生扎实的专业技能与良好的应用能力，与各类行业协会、跨境电商公司、翻译公司、媒体传播企业、司法机构密切合作。

Introduction to the School of Humanities

The School of Humanities was officially established in 2020 through the merger of the Department of Chinese and the Department of English that were founded in 2000. It offers 2 undergraduate programs: Applied English and Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (TCSOL); and 3 associate degree programs: Legal Administrative Studies, Chinese, and Business English, with a total enrollment of 1,645 students. 

The school boasts a faculty of 101 members, including 80 full-time teachers. Among them, 73 hold master’s degrees or higher, 12 of whom have doctoral degrees, representing 91.3% of full-time faculty. Additionally, 33 faculty members possess senior professional titles, accounting for 41.3%, while 55 are “dual-qualified” teachers (with both academic credentials and industry experience), making up 68.8%. The school also employs 38 part-time faculty members from various industries and enterprises, which constitutes 32.2% of the total faculty.

Firmly grounded in teaching and research, the school is actively engaging in prestigious platforms such as the World Skills Development Alliance, the National Cross-Border E-Commerce Industry-Education Integration Community, and the National Digital Marketing Industry-Education Integration Community (Vice Chairman). Additionally, the school plays a key role in the Vocational Education International Coordinated Development Community (Vice Chairman), and is a founding member of the “Chinese & Vocational Skills” International Cooperation Community for Vocational Education Going Global. The school also serves as the Vice President of the Jiangxi Cross-Border E-Commerce Association. Through its partnerships with enterprises, industries, and professional associations, the school effectively bridges vocational education with talent development, fostering student growth.

Through consistent efforts in promoting the integration between industry and education, and between science and education, the school has registered sound achievement in the coordinated progress of “industry, university, research and application”. Meanwhile, it keeps enhancing the capacity to serve local economy. Over the past three years, the school has provided non-degree vocational training for over 12,000 participants, covering fields such as AI-assisted translation enhancement, legal document writing, AIGC e-commerce services, e-commerce data analysis, and cross-cultural communication. Faculty members have published over 80 academic papers, including more than 10 in high-impact journals indexed by Peking University Core, CSSCI, SCI, and SSCI. Additionally, they have authored over 20 monographs and translated works, secured 8 software copyrights, and obtained 7 patents (including 2 invention patents). The school has also undertaken more than 30 provincial government-funded projects and conducted over 30 industry-sponsored projects, generating a total technical service revenue of over RMB 4 million.

The school features extensive practical training facilities, including 22 on-campus labs spanning over 2,600 square meters. They cover specialized labs such as comprehensive language skills labs, translation labs, business negotiation labs, comprehensive business labs, simultaneous interpretation labs, foreign language labs, online Chinese teaching labs, Mandarin training rooms, tea art studios, calligraphy studios, world culture experience rooms, mock courtrooms, and high-quality recording studios. Complementing this, the school operates 108 off-campus training bases across various regions and industries. With a student-centered approach, the school fosters talent development by enhancing professional skills and practical application abilities. This is achieved through collaboration with industry associations, cross-border e-commerce companies, translation agencies, media enterprises, and judicial institutions.
